Outdoor wedding planning during COVID showed us that no matter what obstacle was thrown at us.

We were determined to be together!

Our wedding, although our third or fourth plan, was absolutely perfect for us.

We had amazing family and friends help us to create our vision. Their love, support, understanding and cooperation with our many changes meant the world to us.

Nick and I have known each other for about four years and have been together for about three years.

He was one of my martial arts instructors at the gym. I was too nervous to hit/punch anyone. And he tricked me into punching him in the face.

So he was officially the first person I ever punched in the face!

Before we started dating, a group of friends from the gym signed up for a 10 mile obstacle race in Erie, PA.

Once he asked me to help him prepare for the running aspect of the race. I enjoy running, but Nick does not enjoy long runs.

Nick and I met early in the morning that summer before work to run miles. Our early morning runs gave us an opportunity to get to know each other.

Needless to say, by the time the race came around, I think we both knew we had started something very special.

Two years later at the same 10 mile obstacle race, Nick proposed at the end of the race.  We celebrated with a trip to Disney World immediately after.

Through our relationship we have consistently pushed each other to do more and be better. Nick is a fun free spirit who lives in the moment.

I tend to be the more organized reserved planner. Together we are a perfect mix and balance each other in just the right way.

We absolutely love golden retriever, Ruger. We like taking him for hikes and swimming.

Also we love traveling and exploring new places. We also enjoy physical activity.

Given it was what brought us together, we often enjoy working out in our in home gym.
